

When the founders of Icaro Retreat acquired a retired aircraft, they had a fascinating physical asset but lacked a cohesive narrative or brand positioning. They knew they wanted to build a hotel around it, but translating a massive, industrial structure into a warm, inviting guest experience required a deep deployment of strategic creativity.
